Glow Lichen can generate unconnected/incorrectly

It is possible to Glow Lichen to generate floating being unconnected/incorrectly.

As seen on the image, it should have been connected probably to the ceiling, but it is unconnected.

Biome: minecraft:deep_lukewarm_ocean
