New cave generation makes very small "cave" patches unconnected to caves/ surface.

The new snapshot, 21w08a, seems to generate a few blocks tall, 2/3 blocks wide small "air bubbles" which are not connected to any cave/ structure/ surface. Those "bubbles" tend to form long strandes which resemble cave generation in shape.
