Bug mobs habitats in snow in powder snow

Polar bear, snowman, skeleton and stray not be they weren't supposed to take damage in powder snow!

1 the skeleton has no organs and it would make no sense

2 polar bears must not suffer damage in powder snow because their habitat is in snow

3 the snowman is a different snow than powder snow, so it wouldn't make sense for the snowman to die in the new snow
