The launcher doesn't open (The icon)

Hi!

I bought minecraft Java like three weeks ago or something like that and 2 weeks ago the launcher stop working.

The issue is that I click on the launcher (The icon) and it doesn't open, I don't know what it can be but maybe I got hacked or I have to try other things, the only thing that I've tried is to uninstall and install Java again but it doesn't work, and I don't use MC Leaks or something like that. Maybe what I have to do is go into administrators and restart something there, but I don't know much of that so maybe I put something wrong there.

I will appreciate if someone can help me.
