Darkness Glitch Across Certain Area

There is a glitch I found where there is complete cave darkness from coordinates Z -159 to Z -175, even during the day! Not only that, but hostile mobs spawn in that area as if it was really in a cave. For point of reference, the seed of the world is pre 1.17. The seed itself is 4898143863353001524
