The chunk wasn't loading in, and when I walking into the chunk my movements glichted

What I expected to happen was...:
The chunk should reloaded especially after I pressed F3+A

What actually happened was...:
The chunk remained glitched and caused movement errors when I went into it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a world with the seed 367320389200009836
2. Find the desert village after a bit of walking
3. If you see an glitched chunk enter it and it should mess with the game a lot.
