Rails in mineshafts are generating in mid air

The rails from mineshafts are sometimes generating in mid air. This looks very weird and definitely should not generate in that way.

I was using the single biome generator with the dripstone caves biome. But I have already seen this bug multiple times in non snapshot verions.
