Large chunks of ice generate in caves in a frozen ocean biome

When exploring caves laying beneath a frozen ocean, you occiasionaly see large chunks of ice sticking out from the ceiling.

How to recreate:

1. Make a world with the seed -6206694853823034124
2. Go in spectator mode and give yourself night vision.
3. Large cubes of ice hang from the ceiling while not being connected to the surface.
