Amethyst Geode generates almost surrounded by air

For some reason, the Amethyst Geode I found is generated almost surrounded by air, like it is floating in the sky. The seed is the demo seed (-343522682) and the coordinates are shown in a picture. If you cannot see the picture, the coordinates are -159 -40 -294.
