Blocks placing in wrong direction

When placing blocks that are direction-dependent, they regularly turn aroud (when placing towards x it places towards the z and vice-versa), appears to happen more frequently with blocs that have an Inventory. They also sometimes dissapear and come back later.  (No FPS problem nor memory)
