Incorrect map on worlds with small height

The bug

I'm not sure what causes my bug, here is what I think happens:
If you create a map on a world with height = 0, the map doesn't display it's information correctly. Like this:

To reproduce

1. Load the custom world in the attachments
2. Create a map
   →  Said bug happens
