The Bug:

The freezing overlay affects a mob's shader.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go into creative and stand inside of some powder snow.
• Wait until the freezing overlay covers your screen.
• Quickly switch into spectator mode and spectate a mob which has a shader. (Creeper)
  →  Notice how the mob's shader changes, as the freezing overlay slowly disappears.
