World not Saving

What I expected to happen was...:
My build progress would save when I saved and quit world (Java)

What actually happened was...:
When I logged back in, the build progress was done. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open world. 

2. Make some changes. 

3. Save and Close

4. Reopen and changes are gone.
