Massive chunk rendering error

i was flying with an elytra then i typed "/locate stronghold" while flying. i clicked on the cords and hit enter. it teleported me to an ice biome where i see a huge chunk rendering error (video evidence below.) i also tried shooting arrows at it, but now there just stuck in stasis...
