World refuses to load

If this is a type of lag, then it is more intense than I have ever had, but the world refuses to load for me. Another sign that this could be lag is also I put the game in peaceful and I still have a zombie that cannot be punched or hit. I don't know what's doing this, but you gotta fix it.
