Light bugs

there are light bugs in daylight that he puts impossible to fix by any other means than an explosion (I know it's weird but breaking one or two blocks doesn't change anything). This creates black areas where the mobs spawn.

 

The problem is that there is nothing that can cause this shadow since they appear in broad daylight on the plains.

I have no idea how to make this problem appear.
