Geode spawned in the stronghold portal room and destroyed the portal blocks.

I was flying around the new caves and decided to check out the stronghold to see if anything had changed in the snapshot.
I saw that the stronghold spawned further down, which was cool. However, when I found the portal room, a geode had spawned inside it where the portal should be. The portal blocks were destroyed by the generated geode.
