flickering textures, flickering chunks and flickering stripes on the screen

Sometimes while playing minecraft I can see flickering textures, flickering chunks and flickering stripes on the screen. I can see it in menu and in the game. Because of this it becomes impossible to play and i should to turn off the game. Also when I enter the game it can turn off with error 0. And when I enter game me pc may freeze and I have to forcibly turn it off by the button on the case. I think it is not normal. This problem I have on official version 1.16.5; 1.8.9. I have not tested other versions. I reinstalled minecraft, updated java but it did not help. I also have the latest version of GPU drivers. I will be very happy if you correct this error.
