animal glitched walking once out of house

I placed a leash on my fox to bring it out of the house, and once I let the leash off, it started behaving weirdly, it had glitchy movements and sort of a wifi lag animation when it kind of walks a bit, then stops, then walks a bit again. All these while my other foxes in the house are acting perfectly normal. The issue seems to resolve every time I quit the game and restart it but as soon as I bring it out of the house, it lags again,
