Try every way to log in and i cant

What actually happened was...:
i try to change password and i dosent recive a email

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i want to play minecraft after a long time 
2. i try my email and password and dosent work 
3. i try to change password and i dosent recive any email , i try for a week dayli and is not working
