Strange water generation with geodes

Water source blocks can't generate in outer blocks of a geode, making for this weird water generation bug.

You can see this bug in-game by using the seed "-1892652870126219057" and teleporting to "-53 -19 -50" in the overworld. This is where the attached screenshot was taken.
