Saplings dont grow on top of moss blocks

Saplings can be placed on top of moss blocks, but they will not grow into trees even when using bonemeal on them.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a moss block on the ground.
2. Place a sapling on top of the moss block.
3. Insert bonemeal.
