Vertical cobblestone doesn't show up on end map in the void

If you place vertical cobblestone in the void in the end (and perhaps other gray looking blocks, wouldn't know), and create a map, the cobblestone will not show up.

NOTE: Only affects the void. Works perfectly fine if you place on an end island.
