zombie villager

the zombie villager in a minecraft iglo hasn't arms, i dont know if it also was in earlier version but i noticed it in the new snapshot(it was a farmer if im right because if yes, it hat also was bugged, later i summoned a zombie villager and that one also didnt have arms

What I expected to happen was...:
the zombie villager should have arms

What actually happened was...:
the zombie villager hasn't any arms

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type /summon minecraft:zombie_villager in the chat
2. you will see it has no arms
