Player's arm can pass through its head when using a spyglass while in a boat

The bug

The spyglass and your hand can glitch through your body when in a boat.

How to reproduce

1. Obtain a spyglass and enter a boat
2. Turn all the way to the left or right and change your perspective (default F5) twice
3. Expand the spyglass
   The arm of the player passes through its head
