very slow and can"t interact with anything with right click

i walked into my house and suddenly i am very slow and i can no longer interact with anything using right click including chests doors or crafting tables at all> i am not in sneak mode and my right click is working on everything else> i also checked controls and right click is bound to interactions so i am not sure what is happening>
