the_void is not listed as the biome when in the void

1. Press f3
2. Observe the current biome
3. Descend to y=-60 in 21w06a
4. Once you are below the bedrock, no biome is listed
   Running /locatebiome minecraft:the_void returns no result
   Damage is delt as expected in survival.
   Affects all dimensions.
