Waterlogged pointed stalagmites don't drop when their support block is broken

The bug

When destroying a stalagmite that is waterlogged, all the pointed dripstones above the one you destroy won't drop as long as they are waterlogged.

This is not the case for non-waterlogged stalagmites, and stalactites in general.
