Error with minecraft java purchasing

Hi, good afternoon. 

 

As I said in the previous complaints, last saturday I purchased the minecraft java edition for my pc. When I bought it, it said that there was an error, but my bank still charged the operation. 

 

Later, I received a ticket for the purchase, saying that the payment would be official Tuesday 9th of February, yesterday. I didn't get any type of mail with the game or anything similar. When I contacted you, I was told to go to my bank, as it could have been an error of theirs. Unfortunately, it isn't their fault, so I would like you to, please, check my account, and tell me what was wrong.
