Fences connect to closed doors as if solid blocks

When a fence / wall / iron bars are placed in front of any door (wood / iron), the fence will connect to the door as if it were a solid block.When door is opened, frence/wall/bars will revert to normal. When door is closed, fence will close again.

Similar / identical to MC-145271, which has been closed in 2019.
