Armor stands broken by explosions never drop

The bug

Armor stands destroyed by explosions do not drop the armor stand item.
However, they do drop the armor items the armor stand was displaying.

Reproduction steps

1. Place an armor stand
2. Put some armor on the armor stand
3. Detonate TNT next to the armor stand
   The armor items are dropped, but the armor stand item itself did not drop
