Can´t launch Minecraft java edition on win10 anymore

Hello

 

Im Writing for my son, who has a problem with his minecraft.  He bought it a few month ago, an in the beginning is worked fine.  A few day later he cant launch the game, an he gets 2 launchers in the task manager.  We tried some of the solutions on youtube, but nothing seems to help.   

 

The minecraft version is 1.16.5

 

Plz help,  any ideas are welcome.  

 

It cant be right you pay that many money for something thats dosent work !
