The fishing rod icon is displayed incorrectly

This bug did not appear in the 1.16.5. But it appeared in 21 W 05a/b. It is not excluded that it will appear in other snapshot versions. This bug just entered the archive will not appear.It will not appear until you use the fishing rod once.
