Hide Player Messages Does Not Work

I've only tested this on one public server so far, but when I press the "P" shortcut to add a player to the list of hidden users' messages I can still read them. Error has been replicated between two different users which became problematic since this particular server doesn't allow players to have the ignore permission node.
