Sculk sensors do not detect using a spawn egg on an entity

The Bug

Sculk sensors do not detect using a spawn egg on an entity (i.e. Spawning a villager on a villager to make a baby villager). Closely relates to MC-212432

Steps to Reproduce

• Summon a husk and place down a sculk sensor nearby.

  /summon minecraft:husk ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
  

• Obtain a husk spawn egg and use it on the husk.
• As you do this, take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon using spawn eggs on entities.

Observed Behavior

Sculk sensors are not activated upon using spawn eggs on entities.

Expected Behavior

Sculk sensors would be activated upon using spawn eggs on entities.
