Visual glitch

So i went on Minecraft today, haven't changed a single thing about it and all of a sudden i had this glitch which is incredibly annoying - it's like tears in the landscape.

I've tried taking optifine out, disabling all mods, getting rid of shaders and even using different minecraft launchers and it happens on every single one that i tried, it won't go away and i can't see anyone else who has had this problem.
