Mouse is causing burst-like multiple behavior in minecraft

I have the issue that, my Mouse is causing burst-like multiple behavior in minecraft

I've updated my drivers. I've given the server more RAM from my pc.

Yet, i still have the issue that when i place 1 block, it places 2 or 3. I cant open a door.

I have the exact problem as this guy:

The difference is that im not using "Optifine"
