Suspicious stew duration bug

Eating a suspicious stew only gives an effect for 0,5 seconds or so. I found the stews I ate in a ship wreckage. In total I ate two, the effect icon apears for a split second and dissapears again. No effect is aplied.

 

The stew is not in the creative menu. When I give the item with a command and eat it no effect is aplied either. No effect icon apears either
