Whenever I press the shift key once, the screen bounces twice

Whenever I am touching the shift key once, I crouch once but the screen bounces twice and it's really annoying. I am certain that it's not my keyboard because even if I change the controls it still happens. It only happens on servers.

I am playing on Windows, Java 1.16.5.
