Cave vines have random ages when placed

The Bug:

Cave vines have random ages when placed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
2. Enable the debug menu and inspect the "age" value of each of the cave vines.
3. Take note as to whether or not cave vines have random ages when placed.

Observed Behavior:

Cave vines have random ages when placed.

Expected Behavior:

Cave vines would not have random ages when placed.
