glowing effect lags me

I get a big lag on multiplayer (from 120 to 10) when it gets in front of me, glowing effect makes me lag, any version, any gamemode.

There is the crash file i made after spawning mobs with glowing effect.

I know I use illegal launcher TLauncher, but it's faster and I use real Mojang account...

If i dont have latest update of graphic card, please give me the link of the update because i cant find it...
