Observator trybe

Till yesterday I have got a problem with being in observator trybe in bed wars lobby in wersion 1.8.8 - 1.16.5 . Helpers told me that I haave to writo to someone who can do anything with that. I would be very pleased if you help me with dealing with that problem.
