Sculk Sensor doesn't work on jukebox

The title is much self-explanatory, Sculk Sensor doesn't detect music disc start vibration, don't know it's a bug or intentional.

Reproduce

1. Place down a Jukebox
2. Place down a Sculk Sensor next to the Jukebox in the range of 1~8
3. Play a Music Disc
