Chat Issue

Hello,

 

I have a problem with chatting. So, I bought the Minecraft game two weeks ago, on Friday Jan 22 at 20:37:25 UTC 2021. A couple of days later, I suddenly couldn't send any chat messages! It kept saying "Cannot send chat message". I've already changed the Chat Setting to 'Shown', and I've already re-installed Minecraft on my MacBook Pro, but still nothing changed. I don't understand why, because I've never used any slur or I never was being disrespectful towards others. I was following all the rules. Is it just a glitch, or an accident? Please let me know!!
