My worlds keep disappearing.

So now and again when I open the Minecraft launcher it asks me to sign in again, then when I load up the game one of my worlds (normally the one I played last) is just gone.

 

I think it is still in the folder but it just isn't showing up on Minecraft itself has this happened to anyone else?
