Glow item frame do not emit light in night item it look dark in night time

Hi! Today when i was playing java new snapshot 21w05a after some times i go to see glow item frame in night time and it do emit light in dark time it look dark in night time like other item frame so i think i should tell you glow items frame do not glow in night time and it look dark so please slove this problem thanks
