Keep dying randomly in survival

I could just be walking, standing or mining a block, when all of a sudden I'll die and in the chat it says I've fallen out of the world. The animation is just of me dying (falling sideways as usual). I don't actually fall through the world even thought it says I have. I'm only mildly annoyed because I keep losing all my experience. However it only happens when I'm on Minecraft Realms, is this an issue on my end?
