21w05a entities freeze and force quit

Love the new snapshot but after playing for awhile the entities all freeze in place. I can still place blocks and sounds still play. Day still cycles, but can't leave loaded chunks. When I try to save the game it freezes on the save screen and I have to force quit the game which then gives me a crash screen.
