Dripleaf does not wait for obstruction to move before tilting up again

Place a single big dripleaf on a block of dirt.
Stand on the dripleaf until you fall through.
Keep stading on the dirt inside of the dripleaf's stem.
The dripleaf will eventually tilt up again making the player crouch.

May be intentional. The release notes do not specify any other conditions to it tilting up again.
"A tilted big drip leaf will tilt up again after a while"
