The name 101ERROR

I cant play on a multiplayer server if i make my name 101ERROR and if i play on a single player server with that name then it will just keep giving me the last name that i used and it will lag the game alot. And i just changed it and dont want to wait 30 days so please fix it or let me make a new name.:/
